We can only update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front door, reception area, parcel locker, neighbors, or local delivery office.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery. However, we will do our best to help you review the situation and provide reasonable assistance.
10. Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the package, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If you request a refund instead, original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and handling fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
11. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after receiving the package, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
